Understanding our flexible cancellation and refund terms

At OC Mobility Rentals, we understand that plans can change. Please review our policy below regarding cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling.

1. Cancellations

  • Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled rental start time will receive a full refund.
  • Partial/No Refund: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the rental start time may result in a partial or no refund, at our discretion.

2. Rescheduling

  • You may request to reschedule your rental. Approval is subject to scooter availability.
  • Rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours before the rental start time.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Special Circumstances

In the event of equipment malfunction, natural disasters, or other situations beyond our control, OC Mobility Rentals reserves the right to offer a full refund, reschedule, or provide credit toward a future rental.
